Pam Cureton, RD, LDN

Pam Cureton, clinical and research dietitian, has been involved with celiac disease for the past 12 years.а In 1993, she joined the University of Maryland, School of Medicine, working with the Division of Pediatric Gastroenterology and Nutrition.а Her current position is full time with Alessio Fasano, MD at the Center for Celiac Research at the University of Maryland, School of Medicine.а This position includes clinical management of patients with celiac disease, educational programs for the celiac community, physician, dietitians and other health care providers and involvement in research projects at the Center.

She has been involved with a national project for CDHNF (ChildrenТs Digestive Health and Nutrition Foundation) consisting of a Power Point slide set for Grand Rounds lectures and developed a gluten free diet guide for CDHNF and NASPGHAN (North America Society of Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatoloy and Nutrition) website.а Ms. Cureton is a registered and licensed dietitian, holds a B.S. in Dietetics from the University of Wisconsin, Stout.

Vicki Kobliner, MS, RD

Ms. Kobliner is a registered dietitian and DAN! Practitioner.а She received a bachelorТs degree from Washington University in St. Louis and a masterТs degree in Nutrition from Oregon State University.а After completing her internship at Oregon Health Sciences University/Portland VMAC, Ms. Kobliner returned to Connecticut.а She has been practicing for 9 years and hasаspecialized inаtreating children on the autism spectrum for over five years.аMs Kobliner was a presenter at FNCE St Louis in October 2005, and speaks regularly about nutrition and Autistic Spectrum Disorders.
